A brand new 'scene' was added on 28th December 2010 for new Disney animation Tangled.The attraction was added in March 1994 as part of a rapid expansion programme to greatly increase the park's attraction capacity.Le Petit Train du Cirque above far grander. The miniatures are more detailed and the integration with Casey Jr. Rather than have guests guided by a live Cast Member in the style of the Jungle Cruise, tethered boats guide guests slowly around the course, with music and visuals telling the story. Based on the 1955 Storybook Land Canal Boats at Disneyland in California, Le Pays des Contes de Fées features several enhancements and tweaks to suit its new location and times.
Like many of Disney's waterways, special safe colours are often added to hide the underwater winch systems in the shallow canal.
